Chocolate Crackles

A big thank you to Curly Pops for posting a Chocolate Crackle recipe that doesn't use copha.  I am not keen on using copha because it's a hydrogenated fat.

The recipe is super simple for me because I always have dark chocolate on hand.  My kids enjoy dark choccy.  See....

The kids love 'em!  I think the biggest boy will like them too if there are any left when he gets home from work.  Thanks Cam!

They look very yummy. I've never quite been able to get my taste buds around copha, I'll have to check out this recipe you've found, thanks:)

You're very welcome!
I received a lovely suprise today - a delivery of chocolate crackles using that recipe, and I didn't lift a finger.... although looking at those photos, I'm wishing I did!

I don't like cohpa either so can't wait to give these a try although the man of the house is highly critical of incorrect choc crackles so hopefully I can fool him
