Back to our regularly scheduled programming

Tonight was the first Thursday of the month, so I was at the Craft Room.  I always take along little projects to work on.  It's just too much to take my sewing machine for two hours.   Tonight I wrote out tags for all the things I've made, lots of rainbow goodies.   I also took some machine embroidery that I had done, so I could pick out the stabiliser.

To attach my tags I used my new twine from The Twinery.

what lovely twine, how thick is that? Looking at it I am thinking hand sewing only?

Ooh, I've been wanting to get my hands on some that twine for awhile now however, we have a "no spending" moratorium going on over here. I'll just pine for it a bit and look at your pretty picture.

Thanks Alex and Chantal. :)

Clo, I didn't buy the twine for sewing, but it is thin enough that you could hand sew like you mentioned. I am using the twine to attach my hang tags. I was using ribbon before and I will also use it to wrap my parcels. I used to use plain cotton twine, but how could I pass this up?!?! You will see when you get the top and skirt! :) :) :)
